Trim For Volume Control
Handle Operation – The handle of the *4511 trim set is used to control volume of water flowing through the valve. It can be used to set the water to a trickle all the way to full volume flow.
Valve Installation – This trim is paired with the TVH.4511 or the TVH.4371 valve. As the valve is installed, care should be taken to maintain proper distance from the back of the valve to the surface of finished tile which should be between 2.77″ and 3.44″. Also, the valve must be installed vertical and not at an angle. In case, a tile is thicker, or wall is deep, extensions are used for elongating both handles of the valve to ensure proper setting of the trim (length of extensions for TVH.4511 valve is 1.40″ inches).
Cut Out Dimensions – The cut out in wall should be 1.65″ X 1.65″ inches which is properly covered by the trim plate. This will ensure that the trim plate will cover the cut out hole in the wall.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
