Thank you for shopping with Anatolia Work Group. We take great pride in the quality of our products and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final on Opened Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.

Once a product has been opened, we are unable to resell it and therefore cannot accept it back under any circumstances.


Eligible Returns

We only accept returns in the following situations:

  • You received an item that was damaged during shipping
  • You received an item that was defective or not working properly
  • You received the wrong item that you did not order

If any of the above applies to your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To request a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at [store email] within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days.


Return Shipping

The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

If your return is approved after review, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Store Credit

In certain situations, at our sole discretion, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit will be issued via a unique discount code sent to your email and can be used on any future purchase in our store.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you must:

  • Return your eligible item (if approved)
  • Place a new order separately


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We take fraudulent chargeback claims very seriously.

All orders are tracked and documented.

If a chargeback is filed for an order that was delivered successfully and confirmed by tracking information, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide all evidence to the payment provider.

Customers found to have filed fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from our store.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, regardless of condition:

  • Opened items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized orders
