Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information.

Reshipping fees apply if packages are returned due to address errors.

Delivered Package Policy

Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Atlas Trade Unlimited is not liable for:

• stolen packages after delivery
• unattended delivery locations
• incorrect delivery instructions provided by the customer
• carrier access issues at delivery locations

Customers should select secure delivery addresses whenever possible.

Fraudulent Chargeback Protection

Customers agree to contact Atlas Trade Unlimited before initiating payment disputes.

Improper chargebacks related to:

• confirmed delivery
• installation errors
• misunderstanding specifications
• return policy violations

will be formally contested using shipping confirmation, verification records, and transaction documentation.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• permanent purchase restrictions
• reporting to payment processors
• denial of future service

Suspicious Activity Monitoring

Atlas Trade Unlimited reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict accounts associated with:

• identity inconsistencies
• repeated disputes
• excessive returns
• reseller abuse
• payment irregularities
• suspected fraud attempts

Restocking Fee Policy

Atlas Trade Unlimited maintains a restocking fee policy to ensure product integrity, prevent return abuse, and protect against fraudulent returns or product substitution.

Restocking Fee Terms

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, depending on:

• product condition upon return
• completeness of packaging and accessories
• evidence of handling or attempted installation
• return timing after delivery
• special-order or non-standard inventory status

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to confirmed shipping error or verified product defect.

Serial Number Verification Policy

To protect against product-switch fraud and unauthorized returns:

Atlas Trade Unlimited records serial numbers, batch identifiers, and/or product tracking markers for applicable inventory prior to shipment.

All returned items are inspected and verified against original shipment records.

Returns will be refused and no refund issued if:

• serial numbers do not match original shipment records
• identifiers are removed, altered, or damaged
• substituted products are returned
• returned items differ from originally shipped components

Any attempt to return a different product than originally shipped may be reported to payment processors and investigated as return fraud.

Condition-Based Restocking Adjustments

Additional restocking deductions may apply if returned items show:

• opened factory seals
• missing protective packaging
• missing hardware or documentation
• visible wear or handling marks
• repackaging inconsistent with original shipment condition

Products that cannot be resold as new may be denied refund eligibility.

Return Refusal Rights

Atlas Trade Unlimited reserves the right to refuse any return that:

• fails inspection
• shows signs of installation
• is returned without authorization
• contains mismatched serial identifiers
• appears fraudulent or abusive in nature

Unauthorized or non-compliant returns may be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Abuse Prevention Notice

Accounts demonstrating repeated return activity, serial-number mismatches, or policy manipulation may be restricted from future purchases at Atlas Trade Unlimited. 🚫
