Request RMA

Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

To begin a return, customers must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Atlas Trade Unlimited. Returns sent without an approved RMA number may be refused and returned to sender.

We review each request individually to ensure eligibility under our Return & Refund Policy.


Before Requesting an RMA

Please confirm the following before submitting your request:

  • Item is unused and uninstalled
  • Item is within 30 days of delivery
  • Original packaging is available
  • All components, manuals, and accessories are included
  • Product serial number label remains intact
  • Product matches the item originally shipped

Installed items are not eligible for return.


Serial Number Verification Requirement

For inventory protection and fraud prevention:

Atlas Trade Unlimited records serial numbers, batch identifiers, and shipment tracking markers before dispatch.

All returned items are inspected and verified against shipment records.

Returns will be denied if:

  • serial numbers do not match shipment records
  • labels are removed or altered
  • substitute items are returned
  • components are missing or replaced

Attempts to return mismatched products may result in return refusal and account restrictions.


How to Submit an RMA Request

Please include the following information when requesting authorization:

Required Details

  • Order number
  • Full name used at checkout
  • Email address
  • Product name(s)
  • Quantity being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of product condition (required if damaged or incorrect item)
  • Photo of product serial number label (if applicable)

Incomplete requests may delay processing.


Damage Claims (48-Hour Reporting Requirement)

If your item arrived damaged:

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • photos of packaging
  • photos of product damage
  • shipping label image

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or refund.


Return Approval Process

Once your request is reviewed:

  • You will receive an RMA number if approved
  • Return instructions will be provided
  • A return shipping address will be issued
  • Applicable restocking fees (up to 25%) may apply

Do not ship items until authorization is issued.


Return Shipping Requirements

Approved returns must:

  • include the assigned RMA number
  • be securely packaged
  • include all original components
  • be shipped using a trackable carrier

Atlas Trade Unlimited is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Important Return Conditions

Returns may be refused if:

  • items show signs of installation
  • packaging is missing or damaged
  • serial numbers do not match shipment records
  • authorization was not issued prior to shipment
  • return policy requirements are not met

Unauthorized returns may be returned at the sender’s expense.
