Atlas Trade Unlimited is committed to processing and delivering orders quickly and securely. This Shipping & Handling Policy explains how orders are prepared, shipped, verified, and transferred to customers after delivery confirmation.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time may be extended if:
- identity verification is required
- billing information cannot be confirmed
- the order is flagged for security review
- items are temporarily backordered
- high-value order protection procedures apply
Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Shipping Methods
Atlas Trade Unlimited ships orders using major U.S. carriers such as:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Freight carriers (for oversized items)
Shipping carriers are selected based on package size, destination, and delivery efficiency.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Free shipping promotions (when offered) apply only to eligible orders within the continental United States.
Additional charges may apply for:
- oversized packages
- freight shipments
- remote delivery areas
- address correction fees from carriers
Address Accuracy Requirement
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Atlas Trade Unlimited is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by:
- incorrect addresses
- missing apartment/unit numbers
- forwarding services
- delivery rerouting requests after shipment
Orders returned due to address errors may incur reshipping fees. 📬
Delivery Confirmation Policy
Once a shipment is marked Delivered by the carrier:
Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
Atlas Trade Unlimited is not liable for:
- stolen packages after delivery
- unattended delivery locations
- deliveries accepted by third parties at the address
- incorrect delivery instructions submitted by the customer
Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations.
Signature Confirmation Requirement
For certain orders, Atlas Trade Unlimited may require:
- adult signature confirmation
- verified delivery acceptance
- identity-matched delivery confirmation
This protects both customers and our business from unauthorized transactions.
Shipping Delays Disclaimer
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Atlas Trade Unlimited is not responsible for delays caused by:
- carrier disruptions
- weather conditions
- peak shipping seasons
- natural disasters
- transportation interruptions
- incorrect customer-provided information
Lost or Missing Package Claims
If tracking shows Delivered but the package cannot be located:
Customers should:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact the carrier directly
- Verify the shipping address entered at checkout
Atlas Trade Unlimited may assist with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed delivered.
Damaged Shipment Reporting (48-Hour Rule)
If a shipment arrives damaged:
Customers must notify Atlas Trade Unlimited within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- photos of outer packaging
- photos of product damage
- shipping label image
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or refund. 📷
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on warehouse availability and packaging requirements.
Tracking information will be provided when each shipment leaves our facility.
Fraud Prevention Shipping Controls
To protect customers from unauthorized purchases, Atlas Trade Unlimited reserves the right to:
- hold shipments for verification
- require address confirmation
- request identity documentation
- cancel suspicious orders before shipment
- require signature delivery for high-value purchases
Orders that fail verification may be cancelled without liability.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
International shipments may be subject to:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- brokerage fees
- country-specific delivery restrictions
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
